How long until my art ships?
Every piece is printed to order – nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders leave our studio within [TODO-Dan: X-Y business days] of purchase. Stretched and framed pieces take a little longer than rolled prints because we build them by hand. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your piece is on its way.
How will my order arrive – tube, flat, or box?
It depends on what you order. Unframed prints and unstretched canvas ship rolled in a rigid tube, which is the safest way to move large printed material. Smaller paper prints can ship in a flat pack between stiff boards. Stretched and framed pieces ship in a padded framed-art box with corner protectors, ready to hang the moment you open it. We pick the packaging that protects your specific piece.
Canvas, fine-art paper, or poster – which should I choose?
Gallery canvas has a woven texture, needs no glass, and looks finished with or without a frame – it’s the go-to for a statement piece over a couch or bed. Fine-art paper is a heavyweight, matte archival paper with the look of a gallery print; choose it if you plan to frame under glass. Poster paper is our budget-friendly option – the same sharp print on a lighter gloss stock, great for offices, kids’ rooms, and frequently-changed walls.
Do you offer framing?
Yes. Canvas pieces can be ordered stretched on a wooden frame or fully framed, arriving ready to hang. Paper prints can be ordered framed as well, or shipped rolled if you’d rather frame locally. You’ll see every option with live pricing in the Size & Price Studio.
Can I order a custom size?
Almost certainly. Our presses run very large, and everything is made to order anyway. If the size you want isn’t listed in the Size & Price Studio, email orders@bigassgraphix.com with the piece and the dimensions and we’ll price it for you.
What size should I pick for my wall?
The rule of thumb: art above furniture should be roughly two-thirds the width of the piece below it. Over a standard 84-inch sofa, that means about 55 to 60 inches of art – a single large canvas or a set. On an open wall, go bigger than feels safe; undersized art is the most common mistake people make. When in doubt, tape newspaper to the wall at the size you’re considering and live with it for a day.
How does the instant pricing work?
No quote forms, no waiting for an email. In the Size & Price Studio you pick your size, material, and finish, and the exact price updates live as you build. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you send a proof before printing?
For standard gallery pieces, no proof is needed – you’re ordering the artwork exactly as shown. For custom work (your own file, a custom size, or anything modified), we’ll confirm details by email before the piece goes to press. If anything about your file looks off – resolution, cropping, color – we’ll contact you before printing rather than ship something we’re not proud of.
What if my art arrives damaged?
We reprint it free. Email orders@bigassgraphix.com within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll put a replacement on the press. No return shipping, no arguing with a courier – that’s our problem, not yours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as your piece hasn’t gone to press. Because everything is made to order, production starts quickly – email us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel or change anything that hasn’t been printed yet, with a full refund on cancellations.
Can I return a print?
Made-to-order art is printed specifically for you at your chosen size, so we can’t restock it like a t-shirt. That said, if there’s a defect or we made an error, we make it right at our expense, every time. If something else is wrong, email us – we’d rather solve it than hide behind a policy.
How do I care for my print?
Keep art out of direct, sustained sunlight and away from steamy rooms. Dust canvas gently with a dry, soft cloth – no sprays or cleaners on the printed surface. Frame paper prints under glass or acrylic for the longest life. Our archival pigment inks are built to last decades under normal indoor conditions.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Where is my art actually printed?
In our own studio in the USA, on commercial wide-format presses we own and run ourselves. Nothing is outsourced to a print farm. The person who answers your email works a few steps from the press that prints your art.
